Kolagoga

Kolagoga adalah zat yang diklaim oleh praktisi humoral dapat mendorong pengeluaran empedu dari sistem tubuh, membersihkannya ke bawah. Penggunaannya tidak lagi direkomendasikan karena pembersihan empedu, seperti pembersihan ginjal tradisional, dapat menyebabkan masalah pankreas.

Dalam Post Captain karya Patrick O'Brian (Bab 10) yang berlatar era Napoleon, Stephen Maturin selaku salah satu tokoh utama buku tersebut (yang juga seorang dokter, naturalis, dan mata-mata) duduk di ruang santai Rose and Crown di Deal, Kent, dan minum teh "enak" yang digambarkan sebagai "kolagoga yang tak tertandingi".
