Konklaf 1464 (28–30 Agustus 1464) diadakan setelah kematian Paus Pius II, memilih kardinal Pietro Barbo sebagai penggantinya, yang mengambil nama Paus Paulus II.
Daftar partisipan
Paus Pius II wafat pada 14 Agustus 1464 di Ancona saat mempersiapkan Perang Salib melawan Kekaisaran Ottoman. Pada waktu kematiannya, terdapat 29 kardinal, tetapi hanya 19 dari mereka yang berpartisipasi dalam konklaf tersebut.[1]
