Konklaf 15 Mei – 6 Juli 1758 adalah sebuah konklaf yang diadakan untuk memilih Paus Gereja Katolik ke-248. Pengadaan konklaf ini untuk memilih pengganti Paus Benediktus XIV yang meninggal pada 3 Mei 1758. Pada sore hari tanggal 6 Juli 1758, Kardinal Venesia yakni Carlo Rezzonico terpilih menjadi Paus. Ia memperoleh gelar sebagai Paus Klemens XIII.
