Kosrae, atau dahulu disebut Kusaie adalah sebuah pulau di Federasi Mikronesia. Kosrae termasuk dari empat negara bagian Mikronesia bersama Yap, Chuuk, dan Pohnpei. Negara bagian Kosrae terletak di sebelah timur Federasi Mikronesia. Luas wilayahnya 110 km2 (42 sq mi), terletak sekitar 600 km (370 mi) sebelah utara khatulistiwa dan dihuni oleh 6600 jiwa. Negara bagian ini beribu kota di Tofol.
