Kraker adalah sebuah roti panggang kering datar yang biasanya terbuat dari gandum. Perisa atau penyedap rasa, seperti garam, herbal, biji atau keju ditambahkan ke roti tersebut atau ditabur di bagian atas sebelum dipanggang.[1] Kraker sering dijajakan sebagai makanan bernutrisi dan cara baik untuk menyantap makanan pokok atau biji gandum.
