Kraton Afrika Barat
Kraton Afrika Barat atau sering disingkat KAB adalah salah satu dari lima kraton yang berasal dari era Prakambrium di Afrika yang membentuk Lempeng Afrika (kraton lainnya ialah Kraton Tanzania, Kraton Kalaharia, Kraton Kongo, dan Metakraton Sahara). Ke-lima kraton-kraton ini diduga awalnya berasal dari benua Atlantika karena hampir sebagian besar daratan Afrika dan Amerika Selatan berada di benua tersebut. Letak Kraton Afrika Barat meliputi 14 negara Afrika yang meluas. Kraton ini berakhir ketika pembentukan benua Afrika pada awal-awal era Paleozoikum.
