Kukis lapis, juga dikenal sebagai biskuit lapis, adalah jenis kue yang terbuat dari dua kue tipis atau kue sedang dengan isian di antaranya.[1][2][3][4] Banyak jenis isian yang digunakan, seperti krim, ganache, krim mentega, coklat, krim keju, selai, selai kacang, lemon curd, atau es krim.[1][2][4]
