Kulkas Einstein–Szilard atau kulkas Einstein adalah sebuah jenis kulkas yang tak memiliki bagian-bagian bergerak, beroperasi pada tekanan mutlak, dan hanya memerlukan sumber panas untuk beroperasi. Alat tersebut diciptakan pada 1926 oleh Albert Einstein dan mantan muridnya Leó Szilárd, yang mempatenkannya di AS pada 11 November 1930 (U.S. Patent 1,781,541).
