Kupa (pelafalan dalam bahasa Kroasia: [kûpa]) atau Kolpa (pelafalan dalam bahasa Slovene: [ˈkóːlpa] atau [ˈkóːwpa]; dari Latin: Colapis pada zaman Romawi; Hongaria: Kulpa) adalah sebuah sungai yang menjadi anak sungai kanan dari Sava, membentuk perbatasan alami antara barat laut Kroasia dan tenggara Slovenia. Sungai tersebut memiliki panjang 297 kilometer (185 mil),[2] dengan panjang 118 km (73 mi) dijadikan sebagai perbatasan antara Kroasia dan Slovenia[1] dan sisanya terletak di Kroasia.[4]
