LHTEC

LHTEC (Light Helicopter Turbine Engine Company) merupakan perusahaan patungan antara Rolls-Royce dan Honeywell. Perusahaan ini awalnya kemitraan antara Allison Engine Company dan AlliedSignal Aerospace. Pada tahun 1995 Rolls-Royce memperoleh Allison, dan AlliedSignal bergabung dengan Honeywell pada tahun 1999, dan mengadopsi namanya.

Kemitraan ini dibentuk untuk mengembangkan mesin turboshaft T800 untuk helikopter pengintai bersenjata Angkatan Darat Amerika Serikat RAH-66 Comanche. Meskipun pembatalan proyek 650 + pesawat, perusahaan telah mampu menjual T800, dan model sipil CTS800, untuk aplikasi lain, yaitu AgustaWestland Super Lynx dan Future Lynx.
