La Goulette (bahasa Arab: حلق الوادي - Ḥalq al-Wādī, bahasa Italia: La Goletta) adalah sebuah pelabuhan di Tunis, ibu kota negara Tunisia. Benteng Kasbah di pelabuhan ini dibangun pada tahun 1535 oleh Charles I dari Spanyol, tetapi direbut oleh Turki Utsmaniyah pada tahun 1574. La Goulette terletak pada koordinat 36°49′5″N 10°18′18″E / 36.81806°N 10.30500°E.
Nama pelabuhan ini berasal dari kata gullet, yaitu suatu saluran tempat kota tersebut berada; dan bukan berasal dari salah satu jenis kapal sekonar yang disebut goélette, goleta atau goletta dalam bahasa Prancis, Spanyol, dan Italia.
La Goulette dan Tunis terhubung dengan jalur kereta api Tunis-Goullette-Marsa (TGM).
