Lamine Gassama (lahir 1 Juli 1984) adalah seorang pemain sepak bola berkewarganegaraan Senegal kelahiran Prancis yang bermain untuk klub FC Lorient biasa bermain pada posisi bek.
Gassama memulai karier juniornya di klub Nouvelle Vague Jeunes, Pennes Mirabeau, Martigues, Aubagne FC dan Lyon kemudian memulai karier seniornya di klub tersebut,[1] sebelum bergabung dengan FC Lorient pada tahun 2012.[2]
