Lee Kum Kee International Holdings Ltd. (Hanzi tradisional: 李錦記集團; Hanzi sederhana: 李锦记集团; Jyutping: Lei5 Gam2 gei3 zaap6tyun4; Pinyin: Lǐ Jǐn jì jítuán) adalah sebuah perusahaan pangan yang berbasis di Hong Kong yang mengkhususkan diri dalam memproduksi saus tiram[2] dan berbagai macam saus Tionghoa dan Asia. Didirikan oleh Lee Kum Sheung pada 1888 di Nanshui, Guangdong, Lee Kum Kee memproduksi lebih dari 200 saus khas Tionghoa, yang meliputi saus kedelai, saus hoisin, saus XO, saus resep satu langkah, saus cabai, bahan masak dan saus cocol.
