Lee Sa-bi (lahir Lee Eon-jeong lahir 3 Juli 1977) adalah pemeran dan peragawan Korea Selatan. Ia memulai kariernya modelingnya sebagai peragawan runway di Daegu pada tahun 1998. Lee adalah orang Korea asli pertama yang menjadi model Playboy.[1]
