Schefflera[1] ,lelepang, atau kekerongan[2] adalah genus tumbuhan berbunga dalam famili Araliaceae dengan 13 spesies asli Selandia Baru dan sebagiannya lagi berasal dari kepulauan Pasifik.[3] Genus ini dinamakan demikian sebagai penghormatan kepada Johann Peter Ernst von Scheffler (lahir tahun 1739), seorang dokter dan ahli botani dari Gdańsk, dan kemudian dari Warsawa yang menyumbangkan tanaman ke Gottfried Reyger untuk buku Reyger yang berjudul Tentamen Florae Gedanensis.[4][5][6]
