Deskripsi

Panjang kepala dan tubuhnya adalah 10-13.5 cm, dengan ekor sepanjang 18–26 mm. Bobotnya berkisar antara 40-112 g. Mereka berwarna kelabu atau cokelat. Tidak seperti leming berkerah, warna bulu mereka tidak berganti saat musim dingin.
