Leonid Iovich Gaidai (Rusia: Леонид Иович Гайдай; 30 Januari 1923 - 19 November 1993) adalah sutradara film komedi Soviet dan Rusia yang menikmati popularitas luar biasa dan pengakuan publik yang luas di bekas Uni Soviet.[1] Film-filmnya memecahkan rekor penonton teater dan masih menjadi salah satu DVD terlaris di Rusia. Dia telah digambarkan sebagai "raja komedi Soviet".[2]
