Liao Fan (Hanzi: 廖凡; lahir 14 Februari 1974) adalah seorang pemeran film dan teater Tiongkok. Ia adalah seorang lulusan dari Akademi Teater Shanghai. Pada Februari 2014, ia memenangkan Silver Bear untuk Aktor Terbaik di Festival Film Internasional Berlin ke-64, atas penampilannya dalam film Black Coal, Thin Ice (garapan Diao Yinan).[2][3][4][5]
