Liu Xiaoming (Hanzi: 刘晓明; lahir 16 Januari 1956) adalah seorang diplomat Tiongkok. Ia menjabat sebagai Duta Besar Tiongkok untuk Britania Raya sejak 2010 di bawah kepemimpinan dua pemimpin Tiongkok, Hu Jintao (2010–2012) dan Xi Jinping (2012–petahana).[1]
