Louis-Nicolas Cabat (6 Desember 1812 – 14 Maret 1893) merupakan seorang pelukis pemandangan asal Prancis.

Dia adalah salah satu siswa paling terkenal dari Camille Flers. Sebagai anggota Accademia di San Luca di Roma, Cabat terpilih sebagai anggota Académie des Beaux-Arts dari Institut de France pada tahun 1867 dan menjadi direktur French Akademi di Roma dari tahun 1879 hingga 1884.

Pada tahun 1883 Cabat melakukan perjalanan di Prancis bersama teman-temannya Constant Troyon dan Jules Dupré untuk mencari pemandangan alam.
