Johan Hendrik Louis Meijer (9 Maret 1809 – 31 Maret 1866) adalah seorang pelukis, etsa, litografer, dan juru gambar Belanda.[1] Dia melukis dalam tradisi Romantis dan terkenal karena pemandangan lautnya.

Meijer lahir di Amsterdam di Kerajaan Belanda, sekarang Belanda.[1] Ia belajar di bawah George Pieter Westenberg dan Jan Willem Pieneman, dan tinggal di Deventer, dari tahun 1841 di Paris dan kemudian di Den Haag.[2] Matthijs Maris adalah murid Meijer,[3] di awal tahun 1854.[4] Meijer meninggal pada usia 57, di Utrecht di Belanda.[1]
