Luhansk (bahasa Ukraina: Луганськ) merupakan sebuah kota di bagian timur Oblast Luhansk, Ukraina. Pada tahun 2004, kota ini memiliki jumlah 445.900 jiwa dan memiliki luas wilayah 257 km².
