Lydia Shum Din-Ha (Hanzi: 沈殿霞; 21 Juli 1945 – 19 Februari 2008) adalah aktris dan penyanyi berkebangsaan Hong Kong yang memenangkan Professional Spirit Award dan Life Achievement Award di TVB. Ia berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1960 hingga tahun 2008. Lydia Shum meninggal pada usia 62 tahun akibat kanker hati.[1][2]
