Ma Xiaowei (Hanzi sederhana: 马晓伟; Hanzi tradisional: 馬曉偉; kelahiran Desember 1959) adalah seorang dokter dan politikus Tiongkok yang menjabat sebagai menteri Komisi Kesehatan Nasional sejak Maret 2018.[1] Ma juga merupakan Presiden Asosiasi Kedokteran Tiongkok dan Wakil Presiden Perhimpunan Palang Merah Tiongkok.
