Mamie Elizabeth Till-Mobley[a] (nee Mamie Elizabeth Carthan; 23 November 1921 – 6 Januari 2003) adalah seorang pendidik dan aktivis asal Amerika. Dia adalah ibu dari Emmett Till, anak laki-laki berusia 14 tahun yang dibunuh di Mississippi pada tanggal 28 Agustus 1955, setelah tuduhan bahwa dia menggoda wanita kulit putih, seorang kasir toko kelontong bernama Carolyn Bryant. Di pemakaman Emmett, Mamie Till bersikeras agar peti mati yang berisi tubuh putranya dibiarkan terbuka, seperti yang dia katakan, "Saya ingin dunia melihat apa yang mereka lakukan terhadap bayi saya."[2]
