Manilkara adalah sebuah genus tumbuhan pohon dalam famili Sapotaceae. Genus tumbuhan ini tersebar luas di daerah tropis dan semitropis seperti Afrika, Madagaskar, Asia, Australia, Amerika Latin, dan berbagai pulau di Pasifik dan kepulauan Karibia.[4] Genus tumbuhan ini berkerabat dekat dengan genus Pouteria.
