Mansfield adalah sebuah kota di County Richland, Ohio, Amerika Serikat, dan merupakan ibu kota county tersebut.[4] Populasinya berjumlah 47.534 jiwa dalam sensus tahun 2020.[5] Terletak kira-kira di tengah antara Cleveland dan Columbus melalui Interstate 71, kota ini merupakan bagian dari wilayah Ohio Timur Laut di kaki bukit barat Dataran Tinggi Allegheny.
Kota ini didirikan pada tahun 1808 di sebuah cabang Sungai Mohican di daerah berbukit yang dikelilingi oleh lahan pertanian subur, dan menjadi pusat manufaktur karena lokasinya yang berdekatan dengan banyak jalur kereta api. Setelah penurunan industri berat, ekonomi kota ini kemudian terdiversifikasi menjadi ekonomi jasa, termasuk sektor ritel, pendidikan, dan perawatan kesehatan.
Kota ini menjadi pusat Wilayah Statistik Metropolitan Mansfield, yang memiliki populasi 124.936 jiwa pada tahun 2020,[6] sedangkan Wilayah Statistik Gabungan Mansfield–Ashland–Bucyrus, OH memiliki 219.408 jiwa.[6] Mansfield adalah kota terbesar di wilayah Mid-Ohio. Julukan resminya adalah "Pusat Hiburan Ohio"; Mansfield juga dikenal sebagai "Ibu Kota Komedi Putar Ohio."[7]
