Mansur Selum (bahasa Kurdi: Mensûr Selûm) adalah Wakil Ketua Dewan Eksekutif Rojava yang telah menjabat dari bulan Maret 2016. Selum, seorang etnis Arab, menjabat bersama rekannya, Hediya Yousef, dari etnis Kurdi.[1]
