Mariko Suga (菅 真理子, Suga Mariko, lahir 28 November 1953) adalah istri dari Perdana Menteri Jepang Yoshihide Suga periode 2020 - 2021.[1]
Ia merupakan saudara perempuan dari salah satu rekan kerja suaminya.
