Mario Gariazzo (4 Juni 1930 – 18 Maret 2002) adalah seorang penulis naskah dan sutradara asal Italia.[1] Ia menulis untuk 21 film antara 1969 dan 1992. Ia juga menyutradarai 18 film antara 1962 dan 1992. Ia lahir di Biella, Italia dan meninggal di Roma, Italia dalam usia 71 tahun. Gariazzo dikenal di kalangan penggemar film horor karena menyutradarai The Eerie Midnight Horror Show pada 1974, dan White Slave pada 1985. Ia juga menyutradarai film fiksi ilmiah Italia tahun 1978 Eyes Behind The Stars. Ia berkarya dengan Klaus Kinski, Ivan Rassimov, Richard Harrison, Ray Lovelock, Martin Balsam dan bintang genre lainnya.
