Mark Brazil
Dr Mark Andrew Brazil (l. 1955) adalah seorang konservasionis, penulis dan wartawan yang tercatat bekerja khususnya terhadap burung-burung Asia Timur.
Brazil lahir di Worcestershire, Inggris dan belajar di Universitas Keele, Staffordshire dan Universitas Stirling, Skotlandia. Awalnya bekerja sebagai profesor Biodiversitas dan Konservasi di Universitas Rakuno Gakuen, Hokkaido (1998-2007); sebelumnya sebagai penasihat ilmiah di Televisi Sejarah Alam New Zealand; sekarang menjadi penulis, editor, lekturer dan pemimpin ekspedisi.
Brazil bekerja sebagai kolumnis pada kolum "Wild Watch" di koran The Japan Times sejak April 1982, dan kolumnis sejarah alam terlama di beberapa surat kabar. Ia juga menulis untuk JapanVisitor.com sejak June 2011.
