Markus Winkelhock (lahir 13 Juni 1980) merupakan seorang pembalap Formula Satu berkebangsaan Jerman. Dia merupakan anak lelaki dari Manfred Winkelhock dan keponakan dari Joachim Winkelhock. Dia melakukan debutnya bersama tim Spyker F1 di Grand Prix F1 Eropa 2007 menggantikan Christijan Albers.[1]

Sebelumnya ia pernah menjadi test driver Midland F1 Racing dan Spyker F1.
