John Martin Bland (lahir 6 Maret 1947), dikenal sebagai Martin Bland, adalah seorang statistikawan Britania Raya. Ia telah menjadi profesor statistika kesehatan di Universitas York sejak tahun 2003.[1] Bland dikenal karena karyanya tentang pengukuran medis, khususnya metodologi untuk studi perbandingan metode seperti plot Bland–Altman.

Bland lahir di Stockport dan memperoleh gelar BSc, MSc, dan diploma dari Imperial College London, diikuti oleh gelar PhD di bidang epidemiologi dari Universitas London. Antara tahun 1976 dan 2003 ia bekerja di Sekolah Kedokteran Rumah Sakit St. George, Universitas London.[1]
