Matthew Paul Walsh (lahir 13 Oktober 1964)[1] adalah seorang komedian dan aktor asal Amerika Serikat. Ia paling dikenal karena perannya sebagai Mike McLintock di Veep yang membuatnya menerima dua nominasi Primetime Emmy Award. Ia adalah anggota pendiri dari grup komedi sketsa Upright Citizens Brigade, yang dengannya ia ikut membintangi serial televisi aslinya dan reboot tahun 2015. Ia juga sebelumnya membintangi beberapa program komedi seperti Dog Bites Man dan Players, dan menjadi koresponden di The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Kehidupan awal

Walsh lahir di Chicago, anak keempat dari tujuh bersaudara, putra dari Dick dan Audrey Walsh. Ia lulus dari SMA Hinsdale South pada tahun 1982.[2] Saat di SMA, ia bermain di tim sepak bola sebagai gelandang bertahan. Ia kuliah di Northern Illinois University, di mana ia lulus dengan gelar di bidang Psikologi, dan juga menghabiskan waktu satu tahun belajar di Austria di Salzburg College.[1]
