Maurice LaMarche (lahir 30 Maret 1958) adalah seorang pengisi suara asal Kanada. Selama lebih dari empat dekade berkarier, ia telah mengisi suara Chief Quimby di Inspector Gadget, Egon Spengler di The Real Ghostbusters, The Brain di Animaniacs dan spin-off-nya, Pinky and the Brain, Big Bob di Hey Arnold!, Alec Baldwin di Team America: World Police, Kif Kroker dan Calculon di Futurama, dan puluhan karakter terkenal lainnya dalam peran utama dan pendukung di film, televisi dan permainan video.

Kehidupan awal

LaMarche lahir di Toronto, Ontario,[1] pada 30 Maret 1958, putra dari pasangan Guy LaMarche dan Linda Bourdon.[2] Keluarganya pindah ke Timmins, Ontario tak lama setelah ia lahir dan pindah kembali ke Toronto ketika ia berusia sekitar 4 tahun.[3] Masa kecil LaMarche dipenuhi dengan "dunianya sendiri yang berisi kartun dan acara televisi tahun enam puluhan".[3] Pada tahun kedua sekolah menengahnya, ia mengetahui popularitas yang dapat diraihnya berkat bakatnya dalam meniru. Kesadaran ini datang dari penampilan yang tidak disengaja di "malam varietas" sekolah menengah ketika beberapa teman mendesaknya untuk ikut. Aksi yang ia lakukan di malam varietas adalah "selebriti sebagai pelayan" yang ia gunakan hingga akhir karier stand-up-nya.[3]

Kehidupan pribadi

LaMarche telah menikah dengan Robin G. Eisenman sejak 19 Mei 1991; bersama-sama mereka memiliki seorang putra.[5]
