Menara palas atau palas-palas adalah suatu bangunan di bagian atas tiang kapal kapal atau bangunan yang digunakan sebagai titik pengamatan. Di kapal, posisi ini memastikan bidang pandang terluas bagi pengintai untuk melihat bahaya yang mendekat, kapal lain, atau daratan dengan menggunakan mata telanjang atau perangkat optik seperti teleskop atau teropong.
