Meriam manusia adalah sebuah pertunjukan dimana seseorang bertindak sebagai "bola meriam" yang ditembakkan dari sebuah "meriam" yang dirancang khusus. Meriam manusia mendarat di atas jaring horizontal atau lapisan empuk yang dipasang di titik pendaratan, sesuai yang diprediksi oleh fisika. Pementasan luar ruangan dapat diarahkan ke sebuah perairan.
