Meriwether Lewis (18 Agustus 1774 – 11 Oktober 1809) adalah seorang penjalajah, prajurit, politikus dan administrator publik asal Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal atas perannya sebagai pemimpin Ekspedisi Lewis and Clark, yang juga dikenal sebagai Corps of Discovery, dengan William Clark.
