Mersing merupakan sebuah kota di Distrik Mersing, Johor, Malaysia. Distrik ini mempunyai wilayah 2.836,6 km2 dan jumlah penduduk 67.557 orang (2004).
Secara umum, kota Mersing yang terletak di muara Sungai Mersing bergantung kepada sektor perikanan. Ia juga merupakan jalan utama untuk ke Pulau Tioman dan pulau-pulau lain yang berdekatan.
