Mesin susyi

Mesin sushi atau robot sushi adalah sebuah alat mekanis yang secara otomatis membuat berbagai jenis sushi. Beberapa diantaranya bekerja menggunakan tenaga listrik.[1] Restoran-restoran Sushi dan operasi layanan makanan dapat memakai mesin sushi untuk mengurangi biaya tenaga kerja.[1][2][3] Sushi yang disiapkan dengan mesin-mesin sushi elektronik dihargai murah di toko-toko eceran dan gerai-gerai dibandingkan dengan sushi yang disiapkan sendiri oleh manusia.[3] Beberapa mesin sushi dioperasikan manual tanpa memakai listrik .[4]
