Michael James (29 Oktober 1935 – 5 Februari 2024[1]), adalah seorang aktor Inggris. Dia memerankan Nicholas II dari Rusia dalam film Nicholas and Alexandra (1971). Dia juga membuat banyak penampilan televisi, termasuk memainkan Valeyard di keempat belas episode serial Doctor Who The Trial of a Time Lord (1986) dan muncul di The Trial of a Time Lord episode "Time on Our Hands" (1996) sebagai ayah Raquel, James.
