Robert Matheus Michael Tene adalah seorang diplomat Indonesia yang menjabat sebagai wakil sekretaris jenderal ASEAN untuk urusan komunitas dan korporat dari 2019 sampai 2021 dan untuk komunitas keamanan politik dari 2021 sampai 2024. Sebelum menjabat sebagai wakil sekjen ASEAN, Tene menjabat sebagai kepala staf untuk menteri luar negeri dan wakil perwakilan permanen untuk PBB, WTO, dan organisasi internasional lain di Jenewa.

Pendidikan

Tene belajar ekonomi di Universitas Indonesia. Ia menerima gelar pasca-kelulusan pada 1992,[1][2] dengan tesis tentang dampak kebijakan tarif di negara-negara maju terhadap eksploitasi hutan.[3]
