Mictlantecutli

Piringan Mictlantecuhtli

Dalam mitologi Aztek, Mictlāntēcutli adalah dewa kematian dan raja Mictlan atau yang disebut "dunia bawah". Ia merupakan salah satu dewa utama Aztek. Pemujaan Mictlantecuhtli terkadang juga melibatkan ritual kanibalisme di kuil.[1]

Dua patung tanah liat Mictlantecuhtli telah ditemukan di pintu masuk Rumah Elang-Elang di sebelah utara Templo Mayor Tenochtitlan.[2]
