Mohammad Hossein Beheshti (bahasa Persia: سیّد محمد حسینی بهشتی; Oktober 1928 – 28 Juni 1981) adalah seorang yuris, filsuf, dan politikus Iran yang dikenal sebagai orang kedua dalam hierarki politik Iran usai revolusi.[2] Beheshti dianggap sebagai arsitek utama konstitusi pasca-revolusi di Iran, serta struktur administratif Republik Islam. Beheshti juga dikenal karena memilih dan melatih banyak politikus penting dalam Republik Islam tersebut, seperti Presiden saat ini Hassan Rouhani, mantan Presiden Mohammad Khatami, Ali Akbar Velayati, Mohammad Javad Larijani, Ali Fallahian, dan Mostafa Pourmohammadi.[3]
