Monumen Pendirian Partai adalah sebuah monumen di Pyongyang, ibukota Korea Utara. Monumen tersebut kaya dengan simbolisme: palu, arit dan kuas kaligrafi menyimbolkan pekerja, petani dan intelektual. Karya setinggi 50 meter tersebut menyimbolkan peringatan 50 tahun pendirian Partai Pekerja Korea.
