Mozdok (bahasa Rusia: Моздо́к, bahasa Ossetia Мæздæг) adalah sebuah kota kecil di Ossetia Utara di sebelah selatan Rusia. Nama kota ini secara harfiah berarti "hutan yang lebat" dalam bahasa Kabardia.

Mozdok didirikan pada tahun 1759 dan memperoleh status "kota kecil" pada tahun 1785. Mozdok adalah pusat pemerintahan Distrik Mozdoksky. Letaknya di pesisir kiri Sungai Terek, 92 km sebelah utara Vladikavkaz, ibu kota Ossetia Utara. Penduduknya pada tahun 2001 berjumlah 38.600 jiwa.
