Melipotes atau nabugih adalah genus burung dalam famili Meliphagidae. Mereka memiliki bulu gelap secara keseluruhan dan kulit wajah berwarna kuning, oranye atau kemerahan. Keempat spesies alopatrik terbatas pada hutan dataran tinggi Papua. Adik dari genus ini adalah Macgregoria ; sebuah genus di mana satu spesies hingga saat ini dianggap sebagai burung cendrawasih.
