Narkidae atau pari penidur adalah sebuah famili pari yang dapat ditemukan di Indo-Pasifik barat tropis dan iklim sedang, dari Afrika Selatan ke Jepang ke Indonesia, dan hanya dapat ditemukan di air asin. Mereka dapat ditemukan dari zona intertidal sampai ke landas benua dan bagian atas tepi benua, sampai ke kedalaman 350 meter. Pari jenis ini menyukai habitat dengan substrat yang halus.
