Negeri Punt

Istri penguasa Punt dari monumen Deir el-Bahri.

Negeri Punt, juga dijuluki Pwenet, atau Pwene[1] oleh bangsa Mesir Kuno, (Greek: Φουδ) adalah mitra dagang Mesir Kuno yang memproduksi dan mengekspor emas, damar aromatik, Dalbergia melanoxylon, eboni, gading, budak, dan binatang liar.[2] Informasi mengenai perdagangan dengan Punt telah ditemukan dalam catatan-catatan Mesir. Akan tetapi, letak pastinya masih belum diketahui. Kebanyakan ahli meyakini bahwa Punt terletak di sebelah tenggara Mesir, kemungkinan di Tanduk Afrika. Ada pula ahli yang menunjuk Arabia sebagai Punt.benua ataw banawa punt
