Mariano Perez Flormata Jr. (lahir 26 Juli 1985), lebih dikenal sebagai Neil Perez, adalah aktor, petugas polisi dan pemenang kontes kecantikan pria asal Filipina yang dimahkotai sebagai Mister International 2014 di Ansan, Seoul, Korea Selatan.[1][2] Ia adalah orang Filipina pertama yang mendapatkan gelar Mister International dalam sejarah kontes pria.
